🥣需要準備的材料🥣
👉牛蕃茄 2顆
👉蛋 5顆
👉起司絲 100克
👉蔥 20克
👉鹽巴 1(⅛小匙)
👉胡椒 1(⅛小匙)
👉奶油 20克

1小匙 = 1茶匙 = 5ml

①番茄去頭切片
②打五顆蛋，下鹽巴、白胡椒、蔥花攪拌

🥘步驟🥘
①熱鍋下奶油，下番茄煎熟
②倒入蛋液（一半），鋪上起司絲後上蓋燜
③再倒入蛋液後上蓋燜，再翻面燜熟
④灑上蔥花即可

👉5 Egg
👉100g Shredded cheese
👉20g Scallion
👉1(⅛t) Salt
👉1(⅛t) Pepper
👉20g Butter

⚠️Notice⚠️
1T(bsp)=15ml
1t(sp)=5ml

🥘Prep 🥘
①Remove the head and sliced the tomatoes.
②Add five eggs, salt, white pepper, scallion and mix well.

🥘Cook 🥘
①Put butter in a hot pan, fried the tomatoes.
②Pour in the egg liquid (half), spread the shredded cheese and cover it to simmer
③Then pour the rest of the egg liquid, cover and simmer, then turn over and simmer until cooked.
④Sprinkle with scallion then you are ready to serve.
